Skills:

BE/B.Tech (Full time Course)

Minimum 5 years of MES / MOM Design, Implement and rollout experience in the CPG/FMCG/Chemical Vertical (Process Industries)

Atleast 2 full implementation experience in one of the following tools

1. GE Proficy Plant Applications / Ge Brilliant Manufacturing

2. Siemens - Simatic IT

3. Rockwell - Factory Talk Production Center

4. Dassault - Delmia Apriso

- Expertise in Integrating MES with ERP (SAP) and with the Control Systems.

- Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)/Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and Manufacturing Intelligence

- Understanding of Manufacturing Production Processes (Discrete/Process/Hybrid Manufacturing)

- Knowledge of Standards - ISA 95, ISA 88, B2MML and SoA

- Business process knowledge on the ERP, MES, Control systems, Quality, Warehouse and Maintenance areas.

Responsibilities:

- Project scope finalization, Requirement Analysis and MES/MOM Product Functional mapping.

- Lead the Solution design / architecture for an effective MES/MOM to support critical business strategies.

- Design/Implement MES/MOM Solutions

Ensure clear and timely communication and reporting of status to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate all technical queries with MES Product Vendor, System Integration Partner resources and Client's internal teams.

Resolves critical project technical issues

Groom / Mentor / Train junior resources on MES/MOM and involve in Overall MES/MOM Capability building.
