General Work Related Duties

C&FA Warehouses Management

- Sourcing of new C&FA's. Gather cost information for each C&FA warehouse operations and lead the negotiations and contract finalization for all C&FA locations. Follow up for information and report regarding stocks, sales, sale returns, leakage, damages etc. Warehouse management and ESH.

- Conduct C&FA audit periodically and ensure C&FA operations policy is well implemented by all C&FA. Coordinate with concerned regarding information requirement and other issues of C&FA.

- Generate monthly forecast for non standard costs on rolling quarterly and balance of year basis. Monthly forecast for warehousing costs on rolling quarterly basis and balance of year basis.

Inventory MIS and balance shelf life tracking :

- Gather and compile inventory details for balance shelf life of the stocks. Coordinate with Regional Business Managers and Sales Lead to liquidate near expiry stocks.

- Assess the opportunities and decide to take back near expiry stocks back to plant at Silvassa & Hyderabad and reprocess the same in time. Proactively drive importance of shelf life tracking to reduce the write off.

Logistics Coordination :

- Gather and compile region wise, Hybrid wise allocation for MIL and MHPL. Continuously coordinate with team to update the activities on regular basis. plan for dispatches to meet allocated plans.

- Set up specific facilities to handle storage and dispatches from C&FAs & Manufacturing plants.. These arrangements include round the clock receipts and issues.

- With in aligned delivery commitments. Batch wise physical stock maintenance and documentation. Generate daily MIS for stocks, receipts and sales for all crops during the season. Coordinate return logistics and movement of stocks

Environment, Health and Safety :

- Strive for safety at the workplace and at home to ensure that there is not a single reportable accident
