Job Description :

- Knowledge of No-Bake, Alpha set moulding process and properties

- Knowledge of No-Bake, Alpha set core making core setting process

- Worked on Omega foundry equipments

- Knowledge of Fast loop, pouring and cooling lines

- Ensure Environment.

- Moulding sand and fresh sand properties

- Knowledge of sand testing equipments and analysis

- Knowledge of basic maintenance of moulding equipments

- Knowledge of all kind of foundry equipments and auxiliary equipments

- Manpower planning

- Sand quality management

- Ensure - Zero Accident- target.

- Adeptly identified risk/hazards involved in activity, training programs & supervising work force to minimize risk.

- Knowledge of ERP and SAP

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Timely & Accurate service delivery

- Education & Dissemination of information on Environment Management, Health & Safety Measures.

- Should be a self-driven and innovative individual.

- Computer proficiency in MS Office (excellent in Excel & PPT), managing internet, Preparing PowerPoint presentations, E-mails and Employee Communication.

- Provide necessary support in automation and integration and suggest process improvements for better service delivery.

- Candidate should be presentable and have strong leadership skills.
