We require the "Head/HOD - Quality" for the reputed Steel TMT Manufacturing Company having its Corporate Office in Secunderabad.
Job Description :
Implementation of Quality policy and QAP to achieve Zero customer Complaints.
To ensure the quality of TMT bars as per the QAP
To ensure the quality of Thermex water as per the specification.
To maintain all the documents of BIS as per the STI.
To co-ordinate with all the incharges and departmental heads.
Authorization of written procedures (SOPs) and other documents (including amendment).
Process validation and calibration.
Training including application and principles of QA.
Approval of quality control procedures e.g. sampling and testing; specifications.
Designation and monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products.
Corrective and Preventive action on non conformities from internal / external customers To ensure the disposal of Non-Conformity Products.
To ensure the chemical testing of all the Incomings.
To maintain the chemicals MSL and Testing Equipments status.
To calibrate and standardize the factor as per the plan for testing each element.
To control the variation in testing as per the relevant IS standards.
To ensure the training of chemists and shift - in charges to perform all the tests.
Age Group: 35 - 55
Languages :Hindi, English
Basic Education Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters in respective field
No of years of experience required:
For Head - QC: 15- 20 years
Relevant Experience in Similar industries
Position: Based at Factory.
