myfrido - Inventory Manager (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement modern inventory management procedures, including racking and barcoding, to maintain effective control over inventory levels.
- Ensure sufficient product stock across all distribution channels to meet demand.
- Manage stock rotation, conduct cycle counts, and allocate resources efficiently, while addressing damaged and expired inventory.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WHS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) to monitor demand patterns and document inventory characteristics.
- Develop and recommend strategies aimed at reducing costs and enhancing supply chain logistics procedures.
- Monitor demand trends, analyze data, and forecast future supply and logistical requirements.
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of experience overseeing the entire inventory and supply chain management process.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Exposure to GRM (Goods Receipt Management) processes and practices.
- Experience in conducting tracking and data analysis techniques such as Variable analysis and ABC analysis.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
