Mylan - Manager - Technology Transfer/R&D (10-14 yrs)
- Technology transfer and trouble shooting for Regulated Market Formulations.
- Review and finalization of TTD documents.
- Handling pre-exhibit, exhibit and validation (commercial) batches by ensuring compliance with technical & GMP Norms.
- The function related to Dispensing, Sifting and Milling, Wet Granulation, Dry Granulation, Roll compaction, Compression, Coating, and Inspection.
- Validation of different batches.
- Technology transfer from R & D to Commercial plant.
- Solid oral technology transfer from small scale to large scale for regulated markets.etc
- To decide the batch size with respect to the equipment availability, capacity and regulatory requirement. Process Validation, Exhibit batch, Cost Improvement Projects handling by changing the API source, Excipients source, Process time reduction, Equipment utilization etc.
- Trouble shooting, site transfer.
