Myntra - Associate Manager - Logistics (2-6 yrs)
Title: Associate Manager - Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
1) Monitoring and controlling day-to-day DC operations for a sub-region
2) DC Capacity planning
3) Driving initiatives on ground to improve customer experience
4) Reducing process cycle times at the Delivery Center to improve productivity
5) Grooming/training DC staff and career path panning
6) Driving cost reduction related initiatives at the DCs
7) Establishing processes for multi channel deliveries like stores/temp manpower/ADM
8) Working closely with franchisee partners to help alleviate their bottlenecks and improve speed
9) Working closely with transportation team to design, monitor and improve DC arrival times and promise date compliance
10) Optimizing DC infrastructure readiness through principles of 5S, Kaizan
