Mytrah - Project Manager - Electrical Engineering (6-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management :
- Project Management w.r.t. all the key aspects of successful execution of the project
- Define Quality Assurance Plan of the organization
- Define Project Execution Methodology of the organization
- Make standard formats like Project Implementation Charts, GANT charts, Field report formats
- Make standards for Project Implementation for the organization
- Implementation of the standard practices
- Standardization of formats for Customer interaction
- Develop a Project Execution team and definition of roles
Project Execution :
- Handling of Project Execution team
- Responsible for Design, Engineering, Erection and Commissioning of the complete project
- Implementation of the project in line with contractual agreements
- Following the Industry standards & QAP for execution
- Handing over of the project to the customer
- Ensuring the cost control of the implementation
- Ensuring the profitable execution of the project
Vendor Development :
- Identification and shortlisting of vendors for the supplies required for project execution
- Developing sub-contractors for the execution of the project for erection and commissioning work
- Negotiation of rates with the vendors
- Development of multiple vendors for the product
Compliance & Regulatory :
- Regulatory compliance w.r.t. sub-contractors
- Meeting compliances in case of working at sites w.r.t. PF/ ESI of Labor at site
Proposals & Technical support :
- Understanding the Technical scope of Tenders and developing the price
- Assisting BD in understanding the scope
- Assist BD in technical discussions with the customer
- Arranging supporting quotations for Tenders and Enquiries
Knowledge & Skills requirement :
- Well versed with Project Management tools
- Understanding of Electrical standards and interpretation of the standards
- Project management skills
- Leadership skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, and demonstrate ability in creative thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, decision making, and time management
Qualifications : B. Tech in Electrical or Electronics
