Navyug Infosolutions - Executive Assistant to Managing Director (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Providing administrative assistance, such as writing, editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
2. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
3. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and others.
4. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Managing executives' calendars and setting up meetings.
6. Taking minutes during meetings.
7. Screening, directing phone calls, and distributing correspondence.
Requirements :
1. Good at typing, Word/PowerPoint/Excel/equivalent Google Apps.
- Excellent English: verbal and written.
2. Knowledge of Social Media and Content marketing will be a PLUS.
3. Excellent memory, attention to detail and following-up skills.
- Very resourceful and able to work without supervision.
- Honest, mature, dependable, loyal, and pleasant.
4. Resident of Noida and able to travel to office on her own.
