We are looking for the head of Quality for NEI's Vadodara plant. The reporting of this position will be to the Head of Plant.

Below are the key responsibilities of the role -

1. To ensure the quality excellence culture in the plant.

2. To set up the systems in place for quality adherence as per the customer's requirements.

3. To ensure high calibration and measurement standards by scheduling and planning for review of calibration and tool inspection to maintain high standards of equipment quality so that product defects can be identified in a fool proof manner

4. Ensure dispatch quality by allocating resources and planning for product and process audits in order to minimize defects at the customer's end

5. Drive continuous quality improvement projects to drive down internal and external rejection

6. Plan and issue requisition for new instruments, equipments and machines as identified for the year to ensure the inspection equipment is up to date and fool proof

7. Create working environment which is conducive for good team work and help individuals perform to the best of their capability to build and retain a capable & a motivated team
