NEI Limited - Senior Manager - Application Engineering - Automotive Domain (13-17 yrs)
We are looking for the head of Domestic Application - Automotive. The reporting of this position will be to the Head of Application Engineering
- Carry out the technical feasibility of meeting the customer requirement by creating differentiation among existing and new products and budgeting for the requirements in terms of modifications in existing products, interacting with Finance and Marketing to arrive at possible price points to respond to RFQs in stipulated time
- Give technical presentations to customers by understanding the different stakeholders, mobilizing resources within NEI to create presentations suitable to the audience and in order to show the technical prowess of NEI
- Assess and implement opportunities for joint development projects by improving customer relationship and confidence
- Create a working environment which is conducive for good team work and help individuals perform to the best of their capability by planning for technical development and succession roadmap and recommending special courses to build and retain a capable & motivated team
Other requirement : Must have bearing knowledge & exposure of good companies, bearing industry preferred. Candidates from Auto industry, transmission, gears, axle also preferred.
Salary offered: 15 - 20 LPA
