Qualification & Experience : Graduate and Experience of Sles and Labsa Process
Job Responsibility :
- Should Be Handle Independent Process of Labsa and Sles.
- Take Single Point Responsibility for All Production Activities, Product Adjustment and Qc During the Given Shift.
- Ensure Minimum Generation of Off-Spec and Prepare Off-Spec Generation Report for The Shift.
- Ensure Production Volume and Quality Is as Per the Plan Given by Manager Process.
- Ensure All Process Parameters Are as Per Sop and Report Discrepancies to Manager, Whenever Required.
- Prepare Shift Production and Yield Report. Ensure Product Yield and Active Matter Is as Per Standards.
- Man Power Utilization.
- R.M. and Finish Product Handling.
- Supervise Utilities As Shaftner, R.O. Unit, D.M. Unit & Boiler.
- Supervise Tankyard Materials, Loading, Unloading
- Supervise to Operators to Developed Skills.
