Job Description for Module Lead/Supervisor :

- You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility. Work with a team of production workers to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

1. Supervising production workers : Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.

2. Ensuring production targets are met : Monitor production targets and work with their team to ensure that production schedules are met, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks that may arise.

3. Maintaining quality standards : Responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured to the required quality standards, following established procedures and guidelines.

4. Overseeing equipment maintenance : Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, ensuring that it is kept in good working order and that any problems are addressed promptly.

5. Managing inventory : Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the required materials and supplies are available to meet production schedules. Also do daily inventory in hand audit

6. Reporting and analysis : Prepare reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Requirements and Skills :

1. Education -:BE/BTech

2. Lean Six Sigma understanding is preferred.

3. Minimum 3+ years of experience with minimum 1 year of experience in Managing team

4. Strong Leadership and people management skills.

5. Experience in Electronics manufacturing/service/repair industry is desirable

6. Great communication skill
