- The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the assigned Project.

- He will Manage the consultant services, control quality and quantity of work performed, guide the team and carry the overall responsibility for the task fulfilment and the Consultant's activities.

- Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and Client's requirements.

- Ensure a detailed Project Plan and necessary and satisfactory project procedures are established to direct all project work in order to maintain timely execution and quality of work.

- Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.

- Coordinate project activities with all involved departments and sections departments to ensure well-ordered, end-to-end execution of all project tasks.

- Supervise work results and compare results with guidelines and project plans.

- Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results.

- Establish mechanism to track, review and clarify problem issues raised in the project, and to identify actions needed to resolve project blocking issues.

- Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Desired Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a reputed university or equivalent qualification.

- A minimum of 15 years telecommunication experiences with at least 5 years in a responsible position managing large departments.

- An extensive knowledge and professional experience should have been obtained within the fields of managing projects, project control, and coordination with the Client and the Contractor.

- Experience with writing reports and preparing presentation

- Good Management, Leadership and presentation skills
