NTL Logistics - Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding (20-21 yrs)
We have a requirement of Branch Manager, who can manage/handle our Mumbai branch with handling of entire operation & documentation activity, and having vast knowledge in freight forwarding, LCL & FCL consolidation services.
- Handling day to day routine Operation matters of Import & Export. (SEA & AIR DEPT.)
- Pricing and onboard the business for LCL & FCL Shipment
- Managing a team of operation members and coordinating for international and domestic logistics with Carriers/Shipping
- Lines/ Freight forwarders/ Transporters to meet the confirmed delivery dates of all shipments.
- Rate Negotiations (Pricing) with Co-loader / SS Line / Air Lines & Local Vendor for Import & Export shipment
- Monitoring implementation of department operations and ensuring compliance to all regulations for department and subsidiaries; adhering to all standards for import and export goods; establishing targets and streamlining processes to incorporate government regulations.
- Performing regular meeting and discussion with team for hassle free operations management; developing internal SOP for ease of operations.
- Effectively liaise with customers to correctly understand & exceed their service expectations.
- Excellent communication skills / Superlative organizational and leadership skills.
Experience Required : Minimum 20 years to above in Logistics Industry, Good knowledge of Freight forwarding Operations.
Salary : Negotiable
Age : 40-42 yrs (Male Candidate)
