NTL Logistics - Operation Executive - Import (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
Looking for young, bright minds with the right attitude to be a part of our exciting team. We have following position open in our organization:
Designation - Operation Executive - Import
1) Collecting Documents from Overseas Agents, check and forwarding the same to the Shipping Line for IGM Manifest.
2) Follow up with Shipping Lines for Vessel enquiry.
3) Forwarding Cargo Arrival Notice to the Consignee and INVOICE for the same.
4) Issuing Delivery Order to C.H.A./Consignee.
5) Sole responsibility to handle all import related matter with load port Agents and Port of discharge customers.
6) Co-coordinating with Shipping Lines regarding shipment details through phone /email.
7) Maintaining job files & record files related to Import shipment.
8) Complete Co-ordination with Staff & Other branch offices with respect to documentation work.
Required Experience - Candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience of handling Import operation along with good interpersonal experience .
