Designation Senior Engineer - Electrical Reliability Reporting to Validation Engineering - Head

1. The EV Fund: This is an early-stage EV related fund - with interests on end-to-end solutions as well as related subsystems.

2. Design Innovation Lab: This is a Maker Space EV Lab, with hardware and software related to a pre-production stage - for use by EV start-ups.

3. The Product team: This group would redesign a two and three-wheel form factor, for B2B last mile logistics firms.

4. Last Mile Logistics team : This is a pure EV Fleet catering to the B2B last mile logistics sector. We believe that we are one of the few product/ OEM agnostic firms that have a unique mix of funding, a design studio, an Electric Fleet, and a Product Engineering Wing. The idea is to build a community around the EV Ecosystem to enable faster adoption. We- re on the cusp of a clean mobility revolution and we want you to be a part of our journey.

Purpose of the job/Job Overview :

- Own the current set of complete reliability tests on both vehicle and system level.

- Responsible for being the validation expert & identifying, execution.

Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Develop, operate, and support various LabVIEW based test systems (on-site and remote).

2. Create test strategies and scripts, with a focus on automation.

3. Set-up test equipment and run hands-on tests.

4. Hands on experience in Environmental testing of Electrical and Electronic aggregates as per ISO

16750 & IEC standards

5. Exposure to Battery testing as per AIS 156.

6. Can based data downloading (Inclux,Canoe or similar DAQ system),data analysis and debugging.

7. Create data acquisition systems for in test data recording.

8. Utilize numerical data analysis tools to interpret test result & Document results and provide reports.

9. Establish traceability using requirement management tools and version control.

10. Investigate test failures through analysis and failure reproduction.

11. Provide technical support on various products to the Sales team & Projects Team.

12. Prepare and maintain the plan of testing requirements of different products.

13. Translate high-level system requirements into practical hardware specifications.

Essential Qualifications Specific Skills/ Competencies Required :

- Education Level-Bachelor's or Master's Engineering

- Degree in Electrical or relevant from an accredited university or college.

Experience : 5 - 10 Years

- ISO 16025 - 2 Electrical Testing Experience

Preferably Automotive industry :

- Accelerated test.

- Knowledge of IS, IEC & other relevant standards.

- Automotive or industrial product development experience.

- Adreno programming
