O2Spa - Interior Designer (10-15 yrs)
Position : Interior Designer
Experience : 10-15 Years
Industry : Hospitality/Retail/Wellness/Fitness/Sports/Beauty
Location : Hyderabad
We are looking for an artful Interior designer to undertake a variety of our spa outlets interior designing projects. Will deal with design from conceptual development and managing and executing the design.
The goal is to design in practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.
Responsibilities :
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the - brief-
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with a team of designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolution s and best practices.
Requirements :
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, designing and new constructions).
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Degree in Interior Design or similar
- Previous Experience of handling the Interior Designing Projects of Hotels, SPA Outlets would be an added advantage.
