Key Responsibilities:

1.Optimize Processes: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste in production processes through comprehensive analysis and evaluation.

2.Process Improvement: Analyze methods of production and devise strategies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

3.Layout Design: Design and implement new processes and layouts to improve workflow and maximize resource utilization.

4.Waste Reduction: Implement measures to reduce waste and address production issues, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

5.Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to analyze TAKT time requirements, optimize line-side inventory locations, and develop error-proofing methods.

6.Personnel Utilization: Recommend methods to improve the utilization of personnel, material, and equipment to enhance overall productivity.

7.Line Balancing: Conduct layout studies to balance production lines according to targets and capacity requirements, identifying and resolving bottleneck processes.

8.Improvement: Manage continuous improvement projects and lead lean activities within the facility to drive efficiency enhancements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
