Office Admin Role (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for opening and closing of the office, Preparing files for the day, Managing the staff's attendance register and visitor's log. etc
- Handling walk-in clients, telephone clients, office operations and administrations, Documentation Process and Verification.
- Preparing abroad application form document, verification, cross checking and processing the application process.
- Maintaining Client database and records
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
- Client communication and follow up.
- Maintaining accounts
- Client Relationship Management
- Client Follow up
- Drafting correspondence mail and letters to the clients and vendors.
- Maintain day to day report.
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Updating the daily activities reports and send to the team head by mail and phone
- Sales quotation preparation
- Handling customer Enquiry
Qualification : Any Degree
Experience : 0-3 years
Salary : 10000-15000
