Job Brief :
- We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
- The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinating the travel plans and logistic arrangements such as flights, visas, foreign exchange, ground transportation, stay arrangements etc. for domestic and international travel for all employees
- Handling travel approvals from proper heads.
- Receiving the visitors cordially, understand them, making them comfortable for meeting.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Track stocks of office supplies/equipment and place orders when necessary
- Handling external or internal communication with Vendors/clients.
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff work
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

- Experience in handling logistics arrangements
- Able to priorities the work very efficiently
- Take initiative, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
