Omkar - AGM/DGM/Civil Structural Designer (8-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Effective coordination with structural consultants to achieve best engineering done, uncompromised stringent review, timely deliverables, smooth flow of information and proactive role to start and finish activity at right time.
- Interaction and coordination with architects, MEP, Cost Management, procurement, liasioning, budgeting, scheduling, strategy teams.
- To develop and implement effective value -engineering process, explore value engineering options and implement the best option
- Review DBR, analyse files ETABS, SAFE, SAP, StaadPro, GI Reports, Wind engineering data and reports, Design calculations, detailing and drawings from structural consultant.
- Review of design submitted by the Main Structural Consultant in-coordination with the Peer review consultant.
- To design small structures as per the requirement at site.
- Advise on phasing/pouring plan, construction joints and excavation sequence, retrofitting issues, providing technical solutions, ensure timely availability and accuracy of structural drawings.
- Ability to solve construction related issues, shuttering issues, providing drawings and deliverables such that the work flow should continue smoothly.
- Able to give on site decisions and practical solutions as per norms and design specification.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : B.E / M.E or equivalent in Civil and structural engineering.
- Candidate must have 8-10 years structural design and coordination experience, working with reputed structural design consultant.
- Proficient in computer analysis and software like Etabs, Safe, STAAB, etc.
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, Revit and MS Office.
- Candidate must be able to handle multiple projects
