Onsite Engineer/Field Engineer - Laptop & Printer (1-15 yrs)
Opening: Laptop / Desktop / Printer Repair Onsite engineer
Experience: 6 Months to 5 yrs
Salary: 220000 / Annum
Location: PAN India
Field Support Engineer:
- Desktop/Laptop on-site support; Printer support (at customer location)
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems.
- Installing and Assembling windows and Desktops.
- Troubleshooting of all software related issues.
- Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of Laptop, Printers, and Desktop.
- Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of MS Outlook & Outlook Express.
- Provide technical support for Desktop related problems.
- Installation of Operating System.
Qualification: Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware & Networking.
Experience: Minimum 01 Years of experience in the same role.
