Open Secret - Manager - Procurement (2-4 yrs)
Looking for an MBA/Food tech graduate with 2+ years of Work Experience in Procurements or R&D.
Location : On site - Bhandup
1. Owner for all Raw Material procurements for 3 manufacturing sites centrally.
2. Negotiating with vendors for optimizing RM costs - RM cost savings KPI ownership
3. Build systems and reports for tighter stores control for real-time stock visibility.
4. Qualify back-up suppliers for each RM to ensure no stock-out situations.
5. Improve quality testing and CoA from suppliers through feedback from QA team.
6. Ensure zero stock-outs and maintain safety stock levels for all RM at all times.
7. Lead the stores teams at all locations for ensuring daily stock updating reports.
8. Weekly physical reconciliation of all RMs - report sharing through ERP.
