Operation Associate (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Operation Associate to join our dynamic team in the Logistics and E-commerce industry. As an Operation Associate, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth logistics processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing operations across various departments to streamline processes, manage logistics workflows, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Monitor and manage the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and minimize delays.
- Inventory Control: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels and stock movement, minimizing errors and ensuring product availability.
- Order Management: Oversee and track order processing, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to order fulfillment.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, operations, or e-commerce role.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and order management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools.
