Operation Executive - Cement Industry (5-8 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Duties :
- Execute the manufacturing process by operating designated production equipment with the SCADA system.
- Understand bill of materials and/or formula specifications, so the proper quantities of materials are added in the proper sequence.
- Manufacture product in a safe and timely manner and according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards.
- Accurately read control instruments, prepare neat & accurate records for all operations as required.
- Responsible for completion of all quality test requirements to verify final product quality.
- Ensure efficient, uninterrupted production and identify and facilitate process improvements, monitor equipment and report production information in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Keep records for production, raw material deliveries, quality samples and equipment and process performance.
- Prepare product packaging for next step in production or for final shipment to customer according to department specifications.
- Ensure proper operation, maintenance and cleanliness of various laboratory instruments.
- Work in accordance with all relevant requirements and internal safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: (degree / diploma)
- ITI (AOCP) / High school diploma or equivalent education required
EXPERIENCE: (number of years)
- 5 years of industrial / manufacturing experience in a chemical or continuous processing or Cement industries or related field
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: (general, technical and soft skills)
- Computer skills and laboratory experience are preferred.
- Basic chemistry knowledge preferred.
- Ability to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing with coworkers, supervisors and customers.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, including operating facility alone on nights and weekends.
- Ability to work inside and occasionally outside exposed to heat, cold, dirt, and noise.

- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and clutter free work environment.
- Know the significant quality, safety & health, and environmental (QSHE) aspects/ impacts associated with work, including relevant legal/ other requirements and emergency preparedness and response.
- Understand and use the Corporate Sustainability Policy and the Integrated Management System (IMS) as guidance to continuously improve the QSHE aspects of job.
- Good command of both oral and written local language is required.
