Preferred Qualification : Engineering graduate

Target years of experience : 8-12years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and/ or Six Sigma

Other Certifications Certified in - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt cGMP, GDP

Job Responsibilities :

- Provides day to day leadership and direction on continuous improvement projectsviz Lean and Six Sigma projects with a focus on production and business process improvement.

- Manage Lean and Six Sigma projects end to end viz opportunity assessment, project creation, project management, project coaching, reporting, implementation and control.

- Responsible to charter the projects to ensure clarity of opportunity and expected results. Informal support and influence are also important in this role.

- Proactively identify opportunities and apply Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools to identify root causes, implement solutions and improve performance.

- Coach Yellow and Green Belt colleagues in the application and use of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solve business problems.

- Collaborate with other departments to manage projects efficiently and effectively

- Support Quality and Safety investigations through coaching on Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and applicable tools.

- Baseline & continuously improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of identified bottleneck resources

- Apply Lean Principles and tools to clearly define current and future state value streams, create flow and pull systems through the strategic identification and elimination of applicable waste.

- Provide coaching on building CI loops to Process Centric team members

- Facilitate deployment of Individual, Business Process and Leader Standard Work.

- Drive Visual Management and Meeting Cascade in identified Value Streams or Work Centers.

- Enhance capability of colleagues through Yellow Belt training

- Support 5 S implementation in identified areas
