Operational Excellence Role - Manufacturing (10-17 yrs)
- Lean initiatives & implementation
- Train the workforce on lean topics
- Drive & inculcate Lean Culture in factory
- Drive various process improvements across Engineering, Source, Make, Deliver & Support Process-Chain
- Drive through Lean the financial & performance deliverables like, Through-put time, Inventory, Cost, NCC, etc.
- Should be expert in various Lean /Kaizen Concepts, Tools & techniques, including Hoshin-Kanri, Office-Lean, VSM/VSA, Flow Implementation, Kanban procurement model, TPM, Improvement Kata, Lean at Suppliers, etc.
- Lean implementation experience from Automobile industry preferred.
- Should have Leadership qualities required to drive the initiatives across the factory where-in employees in the area of implementation are not directly reporting to Function where-in he/she will work.
BE/ B. Tech. with 10 - 17 years of experience in similar field can share their profiles
