Operations - Civil Engineer (3-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Over all Terminal Civil activities Management with the Contractor in all matters pertaining to the Pipeline and AGIS.
- Maintain a high level of focus on assurance issues, including Health, Safety, Environmental & quality issues as per Company policies and demonstrate with examples.
- Review and supervise over all construction activities of Terminal and AGIs.
- Ensure the implementation of IFC drawing and Job procedure / Method statements.
- Cost controlling including minimising the variations/ scope changes and proper utilisation of resources. Ensuring the implementation of civil work without any time and cost overrun.
- Ensuring implementation of all Company policies / Standard operating Procedures/ Permit to work / guidelines and maintain high degree of Ethics.
- Ensuring implementation of all statutory requirements.
- Work as a team with other discipline and Contractor to achieve the Goal.
- Work differently, implement the lesson learnt, and achieve the stretched targets.
- Set a good example on all HSE matters through his personal behavior.
- Take the ownership of complete responsibilities.
- Daily monitoring of all construction activities.
- Preparation of Scope of work for General Civil and structural activities related to day to day and periodic maintenance of Terminal and AGIs including all buildings.
- Carryout Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for awarding civil contract related to Terminal & AGIS operations.
- Estimating of quantities and cost estimate. Certification of quantities, measurement and Contractor's invoices.
