Job Profile :
- The candidates should be well versed in Microsoft tools
- Should have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preparation of detailed commercial proposal including method statements and drawings
- Basic knowledge of Autocad.
Job responsibilities will include submission of commercial proposals to client, followup on quotation.
- Interaction with vendors such as shipping lines, Customs house agent, and others to ensure smooth execution of shipment.
- Providing regular updates to clients and to the senior management on shipment status.
- Follow up with client of payments receivable.
- Maintain shipment reports and client quote submission report for senior management evaluation.
- Liaison with overseas partners for lead followup and developing new potential business.
- Candidates should have willingness to learn and should possess a flexible approach.
- The job may require Domestic and international travel.
