JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Hands-on Operations Management.

- Demonstrate ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.

- Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.

- Will be responsible for implementation of the Strategic Projects in his area within timeline.

- Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.

- Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives.

- Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.

- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.

- Time Management for Delivery based on the Client's request.

- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI's.

- Cater to Clients concerns.

- Must ensure that all the Company Policies are understood & followed.

- Demonstrate commitment to working with a diverse staff.

- Strong interpersonal skills and adapt at employee relations including conflict resolution.

- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

- Highly organized and self-motivated.
