Operations Head - SCM/Logistics - eCommerce Background - Electronics Industry (15-20 yrs)
- Operations Head for an electronics company to be based in Chennai.
- Looking for operations leaders from e-commerce handling logistics ops/ SCM.
- P&L responsibility
- Will oversee organization's ongoing Service Delivery operations & Products Businesses.
- Overall responsible for functioning of Products, Service delivery, SCM, QMS and Process Audit & Compliance, Customer Management & Brand Management.
- Ensure Customer delight & Wow experience across all touch points.
- Experience in handling large teams of Operations / SCM.
- Providing effective and inspirational leadership to enable Top Line Growth and Profitability for the Business.
- Vision to scale up the current business to next levels.
- Planning, budgeting, Analytical and cost management.
- Should be under 45 years of age, must be at a salary bracket of 30-35 lacs p/a currently.
