Operations Manager - Logistics - eCommerce (3-8 yrs)
We're looking for a full-time Operations Manager to lead our Logistics team, someone who can improve and scale the logistics, fulfillment and supply chain of our India business.
In a nutshell :
You'll be leading a team charged with expanding and improving existing Supply chain strategy and processes by identifying and applying best industry practices ensuring smooth functioning of each department.
You will manage and improve daily operational metrics, SLA and ensure delivery timelines within TAT. This includes
- Managing supply chain operations for Indian and International vendors to ensure on time delivery,
- Working with logistics partners and freight forwarders to move goods to our warehouses from vendor locations.
- You will be in charge for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience ensuring safe, seamless, timely, and cost-efficient operations.

You also have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of scaled up operations.
- Exposure to ecommerce operations or freight forwarding is needed.
- Demonstrable experience working with various stakeholders
- Interest and background in logistics & operations
