Operations Manager - Plant (2-10 yrs)
We have one more requirement at our Plant For Manager Operations (Customer Service, PPC, Sales and Logistics). He should be fluent in English and have experience of dealing with Large customers. He will be responsible for serving Customers right from:
Acknowledging orders of our large MNC customers, after receiving them from their various units for variety of items we make for them
Putting them into action by PPC (Production Planning and control) and conveying delivery date to client.
Monitoring progress with Production team thru the daily MIS and interaction
Coordinating with QA and Production team for complaints and actions thereto.
Coordinating despatches with packing and Logistic teams and ensuring timely deliveries to customers
Reporting routine and exceptional info to Top Management.
Location will be at our Plant so we will prefer person living in West Delhi or willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh. Our Plant Location and Company profile is as per mail below.
Salary range - 8-12 LPA
