Beverage - Brewery/Distillery industry - GOA

Role & Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Management :

- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and processes to maximize operational efficiency.

- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

- Analyze demand patterns, forecast inventory requirements, and maintain optimal stock levels.

- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Facility Management :

- Manage all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, safety, security, and space utilization.

- Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and functional working environment.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize operational productivity.

- Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Team Leadership and Development :

- Lead and motivate a team of supply chain and facility staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

- Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and ensure a skilled and competent workforce.

- Delegate tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance to achieve operational goals.

Process Improvement and Optimization :

- Continuously evaluate supply chain and facility processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

- Drive operational excellence initiatives, streamlining processes, and reducing operational costs.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement performance metrics to track and measure operational efficiency.

- Identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations and business continuity.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Should have experience working at a Beverage - Brewery/Distillery industry.

- Min 2 years to 5 years max of experience under supply chain management at the plant level.
