Operations Manager - Supply Chain Management - Education/eCommerce Sector (10-20 yrs)
- Hands-on with complete end to end SCM Operations
- Assessing, developing, and finetuning the overall planning, warehousing, distribution, and logistics skill required for Ecommerce Operations
- Driving operational excellence and best practices to improve the supply chain process
- Should be responsible for managing warehouse processes such as inbound, inventory management and outbound operations.
- Analyze reports such as quality complaints, pilferages etc. to drive improvements.
- Manage vendor relationship to ensure smooth supply of goods.
- Effectively manage the day to day operation and team.
- Manage vendor relationship with all local vendors to ensure smooth supply. Good communication/ management skills.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience in E Commerce industry in Operations.
- Operations experience is mandatory. Good understanding of MIS. Graduation degree will be mandatory.
