Operations Supervisor - Warehouse (2-3 yrs)
- Qualification-Graduate / Undergraduate with good experience
- Essential Skill Set Required
1. Min. 2-3 years of experience of working as a warehouse supervisor in receipt and binning side or picking and packing side in any E-com warehouse, in a multi-SKU environment, preferably in the apparel biz.
2. Ability to achieve productivity targets (receipts & binning / picking & dispatch)
3. Adept at handling inward / outward through scanning.
4. Process oriented and highly disciplined in approach
- Relevant Industry-E-com / Retail Warehousing
Prime Responsibilities of Job :
1. To handle the Receipts, binning or Picking, sorting and packing.
2. To ensure perfect inventory control through disciplined perpetual counts.
3. To follow the systems and processes set for the job
4. To provide the requisite MIS as per agreed periodicity.
- Age Limit-Between 25-35 years
- Target Compensation (CTC)-Up to 3 lakhs depending upon the experience and caliber.
- Reporting into-Warehouse IN charge
