Job Description :

- Internal auditing is an independent, Objective assurance and this activity designed to add value and to improve an organization's operations.

- It helps to accomplish organization objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

- Auditor / Lead auditor is responsible for conducting and reporting on management, business, operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related audits

Responsibilities :

- Perform audit as per quarterly plan / Individual plan and ensure availability of audit programme before commencing any audit

- Go through the previous audit reports relevant to the audits

- Conduct opening and closure meeting with the auditees for each audit & Ensure smooth execution of audit

- Download the data from SAP, collect other relevant data for analysis and conduct the audit as per the audit programme and complete

- Raise Clarification Note (CN) for deviations observed and receive responses

- Fill in the audit programme during the course of audit and update the same against the Clarification notes raised

- Prepare draft audit report and discuss with the auditees

- Receive the final management responses from auditees within the stipulated time

- Share the knowledge gained from the audit & get inputs from team through buddy review meeting

- Maintain detailed working papers for all the audits carried out

Job Requirements : Diploma in Engineering / Bachelor of Engineering

Diploma - 5 to 7 years

BE - 3 to 5 years

- Knowledge on Internal financial controls

- Understanding on QC tools/techniques and TQM practices

- Timely management of audits and problem escalation skills

- Keep track of emerging trends and amendments to various enactments

- For Engineers - Exposure in engineering materials, manufacturing process & system, Quality assurance, measurement and metrology, product awareness and costing and project management
