Operator/Hub Technician - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Observe Assembly wise during running line for product and machine runnability behavior
- Troubleshooting on the lines
- Conducting RCA for the machine downtime
- Prepare Troubleshooting tree for the machine problems
- Executes for Red Tag removal from the lines in shift
- Lead the Working on Preventive Actions to avoid downtimes
- Lead Changeover execution in shift
- Participate in Daily & weekly AM
- Participating in CI activities Eg. Kaizen, OPL, Improvement Projects
- Provide Requirement of Spares (Order against Tag)
- Ensures compliance to SAP EAM system
- Imparts training to the new associates
Education : Diploma: Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Electronics, Mechanical
Experience : 3-5 years
