Our client is INDIAN MULTINATIONAL COMPANY looking for PURIFIED WATER SYSTEM OPERATOR (3 Nos) for Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant at Bangalore - Dabaspet

1.Supervise effective maintenance of water purifying equipment in plant.

2.Ensure compliance to internal and external observations.

3.Train and supervise efficient working of staff, maintain and perform tests on various plant equipment.

4.Operate Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition program effectively.

5.Monitor inventory for required essential items

6.Monitor and interpret all charts and graphs for test results and monitor treatment process of all water plants according to quality standards.

7.Analyze reports and communicate poor quality results.

8.Maintain and update accurate records for treatment process and prepare log deliveries for same.

9.Maintain and calibrate various electronic and mechanical equipment.

10.Prepare and documents all data for treatment facility for raw water and high service pump stations.

11.Monitor all operational issues and report any malfunctions.

12.Administer treatment plants and perform operational adjustments for various residual and hardness.

13.Maintain efficient use of pump and ensure appropriate lubrication for all machines and monitor water pressure.

14.Prepare and submit monthly reports for smooth functioning of plant operations.

15.Perform regular maintenance work on chemical feed systems and alarm signals on computer control system.

Desired Profile :

Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / B.Sc. Chemistry

Experience : Should have minimum 6 years experience to operate Purified water system in reputed pharmaceutical company.

Note : Candidate should know the ENGLISH and KANNAD language
