How will you make an impact?
We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic, and skilled in logistics management to oversee our eMedics and Runners team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of diagnostic samples and results, which will contribute significantly to the overall success of our company.

What will you get to do ?
- Supervise, train, and mentor the eMedics and Runners team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate the daily logistics activities, including sample collection, transportation, and delivery, while optimising routes to ensure timely delivery of diagnostic samples and medical supplies.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of sample transportation, handling, and delivery. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Track and monitor the performance of the eMedics and Runners team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with external logistics service providers and suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and address any logistics-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels of medical supplies and ensure adequate availability for timely deliveries.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Utilise data analytics to assess logistics performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational effectiveness.
Skills we are looking for :
- A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field is required.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
- Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and utilize it to improve logistics processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the medical logistics field.
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and a customer-centric approach.
