OYO Rooms - Executive - Supply Chain (1-3 yrs)
Job description of SC executive
1. Coordination with category manager to maintain vendor database
2. SKU wise procurement and distribution planning
3. Getting tasks executed with the help of ground team by proactive communication and coordination
4. Getting PR approved on time and releasing PO to vendors
5. Processing invoices and submitting it with the finance team for payments
6. Actively coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely receiving and dispatch of materials
7. Publishing dashboard with all stakeholders
Education: Graduation/MBA (not mandatory)
Skill set: Excellent communication skills (both reading and writing, comfortable with MS Excel)
