Title - P2P Analyst

Location - Gurugram

Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) analyst to work closely within the global procurement team.

- The analyst should have worked in busy department and be fully understanding of the P2P process, from supplier onboarding to requisition requirements, processing of purchase orders to receipting and recording of contract terms in ERP within in a timely manner. The analyst would have excellent communication skills, as part of the role will be responding to general enquires and providing helpful advice at all levels of the business. 


- The analyst will have an understanding of the full procurement lifecycle and understanding of good vendor management, including an understanding of risk and compliance requirements.

- Purchase to Pay Analyst / Assistant

- Responsible for purchase to pay activities within Finance system, purchase orders and invoices.

- Responsible for managing vendor on boarding process within systems

- Help manage shared inbox - responding to queries & issues

- Support and respond to vendor queries in a timely manner

- Ensure procurement operations processes are followed correctly and in line with our Audit requirements

- Work closely with Accounts Payable team to resolve invoicing queries and reconciliation

- Provide advice and expertise in purchasing to pay processes

- Work as daily contact for Procurement team.

- Experience of Oracle Fusion and Service Now is a requirement

This role would suit people who have

- a strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize your work

- Microsoft suite, including Excel skills

- Oracle Fusion, Service Now, Atlassian Jira experience

- the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and work well as part of a team

- a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to change

- Ability to communicate effectively within a Global Team
