Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the overall hardware development process from initial development to manufacturing
- Create hardware architecture
- Manage and involve in schematics creation, PCB layout creation and prototyping
- Connect with vendors. Source parts and components
- Mentor and manage hardware department employees and interns
- Build and maintain prototyping laboratory
- Communicate with product designers and software development team in implementing features of the product
- Coordinate conduction of workshops for interns and hardware community
Skills Required :
- Clear understanding of the prototyping process
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware components, communication standards, hardware development tools
- Knowledge of firmware development process and tools
- Knowledge of various certification requirements for a manufactured product.
- Good communication and networking skills
- Industry connections
