PAR-PACT - Proposal Manager (2-7 yrs)
- To review and study all enquiries received from Clients and to carry out proposal design at bidding stage and prepare offer/quotes to existing and prospective clients.
- Scheduling, Planning, Forecasting and properly utilizing all Resources to ensure that the projects can be completed on schedule and within budget.
- Technical assistance to the Sales Team including client and consultant visit, as and when required
- Prepare and coordinate detailed design and drawings after the Company receives the Work Order from customer.
- Project Site coordination during project execution stage that may involve site visits.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Monitor compliance to the relevant QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Maintaining an amicable relationship with all clients, superiors, peers and subordinates and discharging your duties to the satisfaction of the Company.
