Paradise Food Court - Project Manager - Civil (8-12 yrs)
1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
2. Key role in project planning, resource identification & Vendor negotiations for better market rates.
3. Understanding the relevant contract terms and conditions for projects.
4. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
5. Architectural Services; Designing of Project, reviewing the design concept, parameter as per norms and technical requirements provided by Architect / Consultant. Coordinating with Architect.
6. MEP Services; Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Safety, Audio & Video, Lifts, Boilers, Air Compressors, Water Treatment Systems, As of above co-ordination with Planning, Budgeting, Designing, Organizing, Executing & Timely completion. Responsible for Quality, Time and Cost.
7. Supervising all site management activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction.
8. Liaising with local authorities for clearances and approvals.
9. Ensuring equipment / materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
10. Ensuring optimum utilization of available resources and enhancing the skills of the workforce for escalation in production levels.
11. Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
12. Ensuring sustainability and safety targets are achieved.
13. Managing external consultants (e.g. design) to enable delivery - driving value, customer focus and achievement of the project's objectives.
14. Reporting periodically to Senior Management on project progress, risks and issues using robust reporting systems to meet the needs of the business.
