Paras Buildtech - Lead - Facility Management - Centralised - Multiple Residential/Commercial (12-18 (12-18 yrs)
We are looking for an Energetic Incumbent preferably from Real Estate or IPC Background, to lead the Centralized Facility Management portfolio for Paras Buildtech India, based at Gurgaon.
- Strategic planning and day to day operations particularly in relation to buildings and townships.
- Technically competent with excellent problem solving skills.
- Adequate exposure to managing civil and electrical infrastructure and fire safety systems Audits and process mapping.
- Vendor management, monitoring and supervision.
- Effectively and efficiently run facilities at various residential and commercial projects of the company.
- Take over the facilities from Projects and effectively running till handover to Resident welfare society.
- Streamlining the operations Common Area maintenance and support Preparation and revising SOP, Scope of Work and SLA Security, Housekeeping and Horticulture Management Costing and budgeting of operations.
- Designing and implementation of transition plan. Asset/Inventory Management Overseeing and generation of invoices.
- Conducting internal and statutory compliance. Collection of CAMDesigning and implementation of MIS Recruiting and training of staff. Vendor selection and management Fund Management Liasion with Official bodies
