Patil Rail Infrastructure - Integration Engineer - 2D & 3D Drawings (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
Integration Engineer is expected work along with Design Engineers designing mechanical, electro-mechanical, components fixture & frames and own the manufacturing and assembly of the designed system. The job involves working alongside design engineer in selection of right material, manufacturing process & tools to make the components and fixtures and assemble the same at field.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop 2D & 3D drawings of the designed fixture
- Coordinate with vendors to get the fixtures & assembly manufactured as per design
- Perform quality checks & audit at vendor site
- Make drawing and manual for the assembly of the unit
- Perform field validation of fixtures. Involves travel & stay at remote location
- Training workforce at field in assembling and using the system
Technical Skills Required:
- Programming/Drawing tools/Analysis/environment
o Ansys/Catia AutoCAD/Solidworks
- 3D Part and Assembly Drawing Preparation
- 2D Manufacturing Drawing Preparation
- Working Knowledge on Manufacturing Process
o Sheet Metal Fabrication
o Milling, Machining, Polishing
o Welding
- Knowledge on TQM, TMM, 5S
Education & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma (Mechanical / Mechatronics)
- 2+ year working experience
