PDCOR - Procurement Expert (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Candidate who is MBA/ B.Tech Civil with 3-4 years of working experience in Infrastructure Consultancy projects and having good writing and documentation skills i.e. preparation of RFP/ Tender/ Bid document, preparation of pre-feasibility reports, detailed project reports etc.
- Having experience in preparation of commercial contracts and/or Bid Documents for Eligible Assignments for PPP Projects.
- Candidate should be able to analyze technical documents and specifications to understand critical requirements, should have high-level verbal and written communication skills,
- Proficiency with office software, specifically Microsoft Excel or similar programs, Influencing and negotiating skills,
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Handling Tendering and contracts management, procurement. Project monitoring, feasibility analysis and financial analysis.
- Drafting various term of reference (TOR)
