PDCOR - Site Engineer - Civil (4-10 yrs)
Qualification - B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering from any College of repute
Requirement - Working Experience in hospital projects
Job Description:
a) Prepare cost estimates & BOQs for engineering projects
b) Determine the scope of work, gather information about the project, and develop cost estimates
c) Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects
d) Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs
e) Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections
f)Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager
g) Examining and calculating construction/project costs
h) Coordinating with Contractors and Suppliers about construction materials and project contracts
i) Ensuring all construction activities comply with the industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulations
j) Documenting detailed and accurate construction records
k) Review contractor work performance and project status updates
